H. B. Radke has performed for over twenty of his twenty-something years. A whiz on the trumpet at the age of 6, H. B. played his first gig with Connie Stevens and Rich Little. With the helpful tutelage of H.B.'s father, former Harry James lead trumpeter, Fred Radke, he started his own big band just a year and a half later. The H.B. Radke Orchestra became an instant hit in the Seattle area. Local TV performances ultimately led to command performances for Presidents' Ronald Reagan and George Bush, as well as national TV shows.

Zazou is a quartet featuring accordion, lead and harmony vocals, string bass and rhythm and lead guitars. Their repertoire, including original material, is inspired by the sophisticated melodies of French Gypsy Jazz, Parisian Musette, Latin American popular songs and American Swing. Drawing together a multitude of musical influences and incorporating the driving European "string swing" rhythm, Zazou pays homage to music of the past while creating an original sound that is contemporary and exciting.
