The Retros have become the West's premiere New Wave 80’s resurrection band, selling out 1000 seat - plus venues including Portland’s Crystal Ballroom (1500 capacity) and Seattle’s Showbox Music Lounge.

“Since 1996, The Retros have played new-wave songs by MTV relics such as Berlin, The Go-Gos, Madness and Dexy’s Midnight Runners. The five-member group’s stage act includes skinny ties, loud jackets and televisions that flash images of videos, movies and TV shows from the decade.

At a February show , they packed the dance floor for the band’s first song… Picture a high school dance circa 1985. Young women lip-synched the words to each other and hopped around.
